I wish I had a printer so I could print this out and tape it to a mirror. I can ofc use a post-it note, but it would be slower and illegible.

I love Allan Watts! I have listened to all of his talks, and most of them several times. Definitely helps with my anxiety (GAD). "The point is to dance!"

Oh, BTW - watch out for YT videos that are using Alan Watts' image but have an AI voice. Most are total bullshit and use new age buzzwords.

The other problem is the algorithm will feed you even more total bullshit, e.g., something about Jung, "How to tell when someone is lying every time!!!!" pure clickbait and 20 mins of robot voice with little to no insight or relevant takeaways.

found the book avail online - https://www.renaissanceacademyschools.com/uploads/1/5/2/9/15294762/night_book.pdf I can't speak to the copyright situation. I'll buy it retail if I get into it. Reading the author's preface, though, suggests it will demand more tears than I have to cry. These people are giants of moral standing. I feel like I've got a long way to go. I aspire to grow in that direction, but I never imagined they were so badass.
