It's an 8½ today. I'm struggling with bad thoughts & urges. Some of the thoughts I'm having is that I have too many problems & I'm getting too old to fix them. As I write this I really feel like running away which is absolutely silly because I'd be running away with the source of all my problems: myself.😢
