@Inastorm There's small local dairy here which makes good chocolate milk so sometimes I splurge on a small container. Otherwise, I make my own with: milk, Valrhona cocoa powder, a little corn flour, rapidura sugar or caster sugar, and vanilla. I cook it briefly until it thickens, then put it in a glass container in the frig. When I drink it hot, in autumn and winter, I add chili powder, or cayenne.
