I finally found something I can do with my time. Playing pool. They make special bridges for one-handed players. I’ll have to learn to shoot left handed, but that’s doable. I mean, it’s something I’m more interested in doing rather than being good at it, you know?

Edit: just looked it up, the pool hall I went to back in the day is still there.

For some reason "off-hand" challenges sound like a fun idea to me.

Stretching feels good. It’s one of the only healthy things I do that I also enjoy. My flexibility is shot, as 34 years of being anxious and not having any self esteem tends to make one chronically tightened. It’s getting better and I am starting to work on my balance.

To offer the world the magic you hold within yourself
You may not believe it
We all hold magic within ourselves that's irreplaceable
But you don't necessarily have to live for people only
To see what you can become at the end of life , it's never too late and if you're old already
You're still pretty much alive as long as you would breathe
There is pain and doesn't seem like it will get better
But what if it will ? To live to complete your story and look back what it was when death comes in her own time
