When I play music, sometimes I enjoy a state of flow, which I find very calming afterward.
Enjoyment of my sense perceptions: beautiful sights, the variety of sounds, cologne, perfume or essential oils scents, gourmet, or just honest, authentic food, hugs, exercise, and touch, and learning about the origins of great arts and reading to understand beautiful ideas.

Developing greater ease in my mind and body through meditation and yoga (really any exercise, but stretching feels really good to me).
