11. Play an instrument. Yes, even if you have no skill. Forget about skill -- get a cheap Casio keyboard and make some noise on it, especially if it's in one of those weird sound effect voices those things often have. Get a keg shell and slap the hell out of it, like the clown guy in Slipknot does. Music is in everyone, it's for everyone.
