Site loads sometimes too long

Since I joined here I often have the problem that the page takes too long to load. For example, when I write a message in the chat, it is not sent at all, then I reload the page and it loads continuously. If I then close the tab in the hope of being able to use the page again, I only see the tab loading and not receiving any requests... It's definitely not my internet connection as every other page loads quickly or normally.

I've had this problem in the past, but reinstalling my operating system seemed to fix it. Before I did that, I installed uBlock origin and blocked images and java script, and that also helped.

You can still use SF with java script disabled, but certain features won't work.
