We have activated thread prefixes - when you make a thread, it is now possible to choose a prefix to let people know what kind of support you are looking for. You do not have to choose a prefix - you can leave it as "no prefix" and the thread will appear as normal. There are three prefixes to choose from if you want a specific type of support.
