1. gamer shop told me to wsit even longer - i find being eager and impatient to be brain dysphoric


2. i got misgendered in a store


3. i paid for my belongings too fast (again, too brain dysphoric)


4. i wasted an additional £19 because the cashier secretly thinks of me as materialistic


5. in herons a man walked past me and said "it looks like youre going to explode". i typedentify as minimalistic

SPIRALLIGN BC OF HOW STRANGERS TREAT OR PERCEIVE ME IS ALSO BRAIN DYSPHORIC

I feel like i am over reacting way too much. Ofc thats also brain dysphoric

crying softly is fine
fidgeting is fine
being angry is fine
being reckless and irresponsible is fine

i dont necessarily have to be some kind of completdly emotionless dissociated recluse or something

BUT

having an outburst or conspicuously being on the verge of doing so is dysphoric
panicking over nothing is dysphoric
acting entirely on emotion driven impulse is dysphoric
