Heey I'm Jamie, 16 years old, diagnosed with severe depression, ADHD and autism, living in a group home and obsessed with music

I got banned from Reddit for posting too much (everyone just thinks I'm annoying I guess) and thought maybe I could try here! I've been feeling like shit basically my whole life and I really need some love and support, that's why I'm posting here. I really hope everything goes well here (and that more than two people see this post lol) and maybe I could even make some new connections! Anyways that's it for now, have an awesome day/night guys!

Welcome aboard and glad you found the site. Post as you can and want and get to know the forum and people. There is a lot to explore but take your time and jump in and add to wherever you have a fancy too.

Well I am about 3x your age, but I also have ADHD to the point that I have trouble with neurotypical people. I feel like I’m always translating my divergent thoughts into a linear narrative, which is exhausting. By contrast, I can have an effortless, stimulating discussion with another ADHDer.

I’m told that I can leverage my condition to my benefit, but so far all it does is make me lose things all the time. I spend more time trying to find my phone than I do using it. I’m joking, but only a little bit!

So, just saying welcome and that I read your post. BTW my experience on Reddit is that sometimes mods get drunk with power and run around banning people for reasons known only to them. That’s okay, though, because there are usually dozens of different subreddits on a given topic.
