How can I edit my safety plan?

I think the easiest thing to do would be to either add another post to the same thread, or make a new thread in the "I don't feel safe" forum, and then edit your signature. This link has info on adding or editing a signature link:

@foundlostsoul please can you try to edit now? I made some changes but I've no idea if I fixed it or made it worse!
