I've been pretty suicidal for a few months now. I was made to live in a crisis house for awhile.
After coming out I was pretty scared and I impulsively ordered a Meta Quest 3 VR headset. I've had it for a few months now.
I've found once I'm in it and I found some friends to talk to.... I forget about many things in the real world.
I obviously have to eventually come back to reality and that's extremely difficult, but while I'm in it it's almost like a block for everything.
Anyway, I thought I'd tell people 👍🏻
