Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

I've got to say.. I haven't been brushing my teeth and it's starting to show. They are really yellow and gross... I will try to change that. I am feeling better now than even an hour ago.
The bed thing, that's big for me. I spend way too much time in mine. But when not feeling well it's hard when it calls to you. But I don't want to distract you. Great job on your goals @Astrid78 .
