Five lucky participants will clear a cool $1,000 to do what they wanted to do anyway. Eat cheese before bedtime.
Fox5-TV reported that Sleep Junkie, a mattress review website, hopes to test the legend that eating cheese before bed causes nightmares, so they’re asking “dairy dreamers” to consume a wide variety of cheeses, log their sleep and provide feedback about sleep quality, energy levels and bad dreams. Participants will also be reimbursed for the cheese. The catch: You have to sleep alone.

Australian company Vow has wowed the science world with a meatball made of meat cultivated from the genetic sequence of an extinct mammoth, the Associated Press reported.
"This is not an April fool's joke," said Tim Noakesmith, founder of the company.
Using publicly available genetic info from the mammoth, along with data from the African elephant, Vow grew the cells in a lab. The large meatball--somewhere between the size of a softball and the volleyball--was displayed at the Nemo science museum in Amsterdam.
"We wanted to get people excited about the future of food," Noakesmith said. "We thought the mammoth would be a conversation starter."
For what it's worth, people in attendance say the meatball smelled good.
