I would not have thought that that acronym's marked initial moments in time would have been that long ago as well as being attributed to one individual

Fisher has always been a hero of mine. The most famous and influential British officer since Nelson and the driving force behind creating the much of the modern British Royal Navy in the years leading up to the World War.
