I'm not too sure about the gender definition to be honest but as an older woman (57) one of my priorities in the past as a museum professional was to work at a variety of museums/historic sites not so much for the money (which is pitiful in reality) but more preserving and sharing the stories that the artifacts and sites embody as a window on the past but also lessons for the current/future generations. This single focused dedication resulted in a not so healthy work life balance so now with a second unrelated career/field am trying to find that elusive balance where family/friends are afforded the same amount of my attention.

@Kiwi2016 I'm going to go back to post, but you're not an older woman, ha. To me that's like 80. I think we're middle aged. This is completely in jest.

Wow I can't relate more to the thing you said about the word "woman" lol. I wanna stay a girl forever. Tbh I think a woman is one who is stable financially and pays her bills and has a husband and children so I'm far from that.

Hello, I’m in the woman category but I don’t have husband or kids. I have two cats, a close friend who shares myflat, and a lot of stress, which led me to finding this forum.

Thank you, Ive just been verbally abused by the local asbo tart just for looking out my kitchen window and opening it. This old pensioner below me used the c word. She’s got a mouth that bleach couldn’t get clean and she abuses babies. I told her “crew” this and that everyone knows what she is. One day .. I swear a can of “whoop ass” is coming her way. Maybe not by me, I refuse to engage the old wench. She is what a psychologist would refer to as Narcissistic. Gaslighting is one of her hobbies. Stir up 💩💩 and then beg she’s a victim when the housing send her a letter of complaint.

ughhh what a nightmare, I have a lot of experience with narcissists unfortunately so I feel your pain just gotta let them be delusional....can't win with them, let them have their tantrums and play their stupid mind games and don't waste too much energy engaging with them

Hi thank you for kind words. Sadly I don’t have the choice to leave her be and let her have her tantrums ..she lives below and has abused us seven years in cycles so I report her each time, including for child abuse which I called her out on while her “crew” were sitting out the back this evening with her in the open rear gardens (each flat has their own segment so you could walk across each garden one end of the flats to the other).

This bitch hasn’t quit abusing and I think she’s finally on thin ice.. we just have to finish these diary sheets for the housing officer. Letter she sent us last outlined the Anti social behaviour and crime act 2014, so here’s hoping that flame you put in emoji could be hers soon.

I don’t back down with abusers. EVER. I grew up with Narc abusers (Parents) so nothing will stop me from taking that bitch down now that is am old enough to know my rights. She had the cheek to call me “you old c—t” and she’s 30 years older than me. I felt like saying “well you’re ugly so your problem won’t change! “ 😂 Somehow .. even on 4 hours sleep I held it back. She’s nasty. If the housing officer is as dedicated as she seems, the old abuser could be taken to court by the council very soon! At age 75 or so. Ugh. What a horrible hateful spiteful woman.
