Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
I could make a huge list!
Eating entirely too much food.

Avoiding doing anything difficult or tedious, I have done that for so many years and as much as I religiously avoid difficult things, I am also sick of the limitations it puts on me.
Medication misuse. Trying to detox off opioid addiction. Day 2 and withdrawal symptoms are not pleasant. I feel like I’m being bullied into it in some ways and it’s pretty much forced me to go cold turkey out of spite. I have to do this despite wanting to take the whole lot!

i feel your pain and i'm sorry that you hve to go through opioid withdrawl. the worst is the first 4 or 5 days and then it's mostly gone after 2 weeks. you are very brave to do this, i'm proud of you.
