I tried to meditate. In 45 minutes I managed to get from 1 breath to 10 breaths approximately 1 time. The rest of it, my mind was just going through solutions to things. So I played an audio hypnosis stress relief thing instead and actually relaxed for half an hour. Maybe I should do it every day instead of just once a week, might be more helpful than meditation right now (I'm an experienced meditator and can usually go 3 hours without a thought popping into my head but that ability seems to have collapsed in the midst of multiple problems, along with the fact I lapsed in my practice when things started going south).
