My current self care is eating better, I’m on day 8 of sticking to 1600 calories (
which I was totally eating more than that before) requiring me to weigh and measure everything out! I feel so much better for it! I’ve even noticed a
slight change in my pain with my fibromyalgia so I’m happy about that, hopefully I won’t need as many pain meds from now on. Here’s to hoping I don’t fold and go back to old habits. I really have
@Lux to thank because she’s kind of the reason for me wanting to calorie count, and giving me advice, like not weighing weekly, instead this first weigh in I’m going to weigh on 12th feb which will be my first weigh in. I’m just grateful for everyone’s support here. Especially
