I'm making a plan to go visit my best friend in a few months. I haven't seen her in nearly a decade, but we've kept in touch. She lives almost 300 miles away, so it's been difficult for me to find a way to go visit her since I don't drive. It's a very long and inefficient trip via train/bus. Tbh even flying isn't the easiest since there are no direct flights, but I'm working it out.

Before this Sunday, I wanted to cook live fish. There is a lot of fish at the market, but when I go there, it is no longer alive. However, this Sunday I managed to buy a live crucian carp weighing about 1 kg. That's quite a lot for a crucian carp. I fried it and ate it with pleasure.
In general, when I buy carp or crucian carp, I always hope that it will have roe. I love fried roe :)
