In theory, my goal is to go running, use from couch to 5k. Maybe if I had someone to do it with it would happen? Not sure what would help, really.

Goal for today is to get up before 2. I think :)
You beat me, my average is around 2,45. When sleep isn’t elusive and this noise stops i will be back to seeing mornings. Haven’t seen one for over two years and it’s horrible.

My goal for tomorrow/ today .. not sure. 🕑
Can’t make plans. No rights until I fight for them.

My goal for the rest of this year is to reach out when I cannot cope with the anxiety levels to the appropriate people and to not sit here and suffer in silence. Have a great end of year and try not to worry about the current world crisis and hopefully 2021 will be back to some sort of normality.

I want to find a full-time job (stress on the "full-time") before the end of this year. I could use some hope and encouragement (no advice) cause it doesn't look promising.

It'd be nice to send all my Christmas cards before Christmas, too.

That's all I want.

Best of luck, my friend. I'm sure you'll find something before the year is out, you're a tough & smart cookie, sending well wishes and hope that everything goes well for you. Love and hugs *hug 💖

Well done pooky. Sometimes just making a start is the most difficult part. You know the phrase "activation precedes motivation"? Well it certainly looks like you got the the ball rolling and that's no trivial thing.

And bear in mind, it's ok to slip up now and then. We all have bad days where we don't accomplish what we set out to do. Sometimes life gets in the way. But with commitment and perseverance, I think you've got this. Acknowledge these little victories to yourself. These are the little everyday acts of heroism. Life is hard but we still get up, get dressed and do our best. When we have a slip up, we just pick ourselves up and start over. Keep going pooky, you'll get there. Be kind to yourself along the way too.

Thank you dark111 for the reply. You are right it's ok to slip up sometimes because to err is human. Little acts daily is the path to move forward.
Thanks man for your kindness and support. Take care dark111. You are wonderful*hug
