Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

Maybe like many, Im finding it pretty hard to move forward at the moment, what with feeling so much emmotional pain in the present and so wrapped up in how it all came about. But I think I need to plan and do if Im to have a future.
So Ive decided to post some of my goals here and then I might feel more motivated to both work out what they are and to achieve them. I know the goals are very modest at the moment but that is where I am now. Thanks. Goals for week
1. email two friends who have not been in touch with for ages.
2. Exericise (even just running on spot) once a day.
3. Write a page of article every day.
4. Do something that use to really enjoy (like reading in bed) even if dont enjoy it anymore and hope that will one day enjoy again.
5. Sort out things have been putting off, like redirecting post.
Great idea for a thread Bob. This week my goals are:
1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day
2. Not go over 25 syns (in my diet)
3. Go into the city and see what the charity shops have to offer.
4. Explain to my therapist how bad things really are in my mind right now and see if we can come up with a solution.
1. go back to work asap
2. exercise daily for the week
3. have a hair cut by friday (tomorrow salon will be closed) and have a shave, I look like a neanderthal😂
4. wash cloths on sunday

My goals: write a book, did this. Learn to sew, working on this made time on Wednesdays to do it, gain more control over my singing voice, doing this by practicing almost everyday. Planning an epic women’s event for the last Holy Week of the year, planning but not buying bc the details are still being worked out.
So...I did the first one, it was a neccessary so that helped. As far as the other two i am going to try to get one done tomorrow. I have a hard ti.e with anxiety.
Goals for the Sunday the 15th August 2021
1. have a bath / shower
2. Go for a walk if the weather is good
3. eat 3 meals and one snack today
4. have a nap during the afternoon
5. keep myself busy for the day (distractions etc)
6. watch some TV/ WWE with partner
I need this. I’m going to try to move forward which means I must literally move to change this situation. I call it change instead of escape because I’m already very anxious as to how to fkng accomplish this while physically alone.
1. Eat breakast .
2. Make list of phone calls.
3. Make the calls.
4. Exercise 1 hour.
5. Shower.
6. Eat dinner (even if no appetite).
7. Make list for next week’s goals.
