Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
Well I'm getting more aches and pains, but in particular that's from muscle problems right now. I think I'm noticing some gray near the top part of my head, so that's the only real tell of my age, since I generally look younger than I am.
I agree with the others, all the aches and pains that take more effect. Creaks and groans just stretching out with the Snap, Crackle and Pop just like cereal. LOL
