How are YOU today?
This scale represents a numerical value instead of trying to form words for how you feel, which I thought was inviting for people who have trouble with that.
It's not a competition for who can feel the best, guys! Or who feels the worst. It's all just a way of thinking about things or of tracking how your moods are that I thought was helpful.

i’d say i combobulate amongst 7, 8 & 9 most days with occasional spontaneous bursts of 1, 3 & 5 and an autopilot 1 in response to a “good day” / “how are you?” from someone at work or the building.

and yeah walker, i think this is a good helpful way to think about it. thanks. i do like using the “word” method too so now i have more options.

Now I'm quite a 4. Today was mentally hard and exhausting.

I wonder if people are ever really a 1? Is that possible? Maybe it is in the regular world but not here at the site.
I'm just talking out loud, really.
I think the sentence "There is absolutely nothing wrong" is very ambitious indeed. In my best days, "I feel like nothing is wrong, I don't think about what is wrong". :)

During the week I am about a 3 (cos of work), but sat/sun I've noticed that I am probably about an 8 - I really struggle at weekends, but I know that tomorrow I will be okay
