I did 11,000 steps yesterday, Today I was limited to 8000 because it clocked midnight and reset to zero on my midnight walk. Still get occasional grumbles from my leg, but it tolerated a brisk walk tonight without totally freaking out.

Managed to do my 10,000 steps. Another midnight walk, I reached 9600 before the clock struck 12, but did another 400 so my "day" has 10,000. Just a bit of fun. But I'm now having regular walks without weird symptoms flaring. It's like a switch got flipped - some massive storm in my body on Saturday, it was still flaring then, and now not had that again, and now just walked for half an hour like a regular human being with no pain or nerve buzzing. Now if I can just sort my sleep! Going to bed now!

I got a 2.5 mi. walk in during the very early morning, before there was much traffic or anyone around. It felt very nice, actually, my mind got calmed down. Today, I'm sore from the shoulder work yesterday, so it's a rest day. Unless it cools off in the early evening, then I might go out for a short run.

I did some cat camels, bird dogs, and managed a plank for 10 seconds. Really need to strengthen my core. Also just completed a full 10,000 steps before midnight, officially clocked today. Love my midnight walks lol.

I went out walking early, instead of running. It was relaxing. lol Feels like I did soemething wrong. Did my easy session of a couple planks and side planks and bird dog. If it stays cool I could maybe get a run in later this evening. Probably feeling like it's going to get a lot harder soon when I start up with the trainer, so I'll be lazy for a couple of days. Makes no sense, but that's often the case with my brain.

Worked legs, mainly quads. I’ll call it “quad day,” and the other half “rump day.” I used lighter weights this time rather than going heavy, but I still performed sets to failure, which is the common theme with me. I’ve come to prefer this method; I felt more of a burn at the end rather than just fatigue, and it was satisfying if nothing else.

For the first time, I’m actually starting to enjoy working out since I’m more open these days to changing how I do things.

By the way, @seabird, I felt quite sore the morning after the back workout, but it was manageable. Also, I’m curious as to why squats scare you if you’d like to share.

I stormed out of the office to the train station and then stormed to the shop to buy crisps. Got quite some pace up. Also before my shower I did some bird dogs, cat camels, and some one-handed planks for the first time. One side is definitely a lot weaker than the other but my bird dogs have got a bit stronger now. I felt like breaking into a run storming to the shop, but the only running I have done is that silly little run you do when there is a car coming when you're crossing the road, to kind of indicate you don't want to delay them by running a little bit theatrically across in front of them. Why do we do that? Is it only me that does that? 😂

@AvidFan lol, you're not the only one who does that. Every time I have to cross at the roundabouts, and there are 2 on my little 3 mile route, with 2 lanes in each direction, I start by walking and then I hurry-up halfway across. I've always wondered if I do this to be polite, or to show their vehicle is menacing, or just to get the stoopid crossing over with already? 🙄

This needs some kind of study! I was crossing the road on my night walk tonight and sure the cars were far enough away, but wanted them to see I got the whole way across before they passed, so I wasn't causing any risk or disturbance! 😀yy

I manged my 10,000 steps for the day.
