I only managed a short walk today but it's better than nothing
A walk is a walk, that's ace! It's getting into the habit that's the difficult bit I think, more than the distance, I think exercising can be the same as dieting, slowly changing your habits for good can be more successful than drastically changing them for a short time? X

Day 1 - did 30 minuites HIT workout (modified) + dancing ab workout.
Feeling upbeat from the dancing

Btw, I strongly recomend dancing workouts to anyone who is bored by ordinary workouts, like I am. It is fun, you learn some cool moves... Its great! I mostly do Tiffany Rothe and Kiera la shea workouts. So if anyone is interested, its a good start :)

Well I did manage to go to yoga on Sunday @Woowoo. It wasn't as bad/hard as I thought it would be as the instructor had different levels for each position...and I wasn't alone in taking the lesser stretchy one if that makes sense. I did feel like I managed to do not too badly and so will keep doing this one day a week.

Did do the bike on new year's eve am for 30 minutes ...never thought would get to the end of the lit dotted vertical lines but managed to do it...lol...

Today gym closed so figure taking down tree, decorations etc. and general housework will count for exercise. Then will start to figure out a schedule that can actually continue to do for the coming months...that pushes me but isn't unrealistic either.
