Wow, that sounds unpleasant. Hoping it’s manageable. You have mentioned having a major stroke, so a heart attack or brain hemorrhage would be the last thing you need. Well, the last thing anyone would need, but especially you -I think .
Oh, it is unpleasant. I’ve already had a heart attack and the stroke was the result of a hemorrhage. Best part is I might am likely to have another at any moment with no warning and nothing I can do about it.

The connective tissue is also in blood vessels and mine sometimes spontaneously dissect.

I really shouldn’t be alive right now. Both events had really good odds of killing me (the type of stroke I had kills all but 1 in 4, and of the survivors, only 1 in 4 is still alive a few years later).

Quite the Sword of Damocles hanging over my head. I live with a constant sense of impending doom.
