So, I’m watching My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.
The first thing is that the art style really speaks to someone who grew up on western superhero comics.
Also, the characters are memorable and likeable.
For something created by a committee to capitalize on something popular, it’s surprisingly good.
But the main thing: there’s something very endearing when a woman lets her guard down in private, and the series does a really good job of showing that.

I don’t play, nor am I invested in, sports or sports video games, but sports anime? Dude, I’m there. I’ve probably seen them all, namely Haikyu!!, All Out!!, Kuroko’s Basketball, and now this impromptu Christmas gift.
I’m five episodes in, and I can barely resist the temptation to watch more. Furthermore, there’s 48 episodes available. Welp.
At least it’s something to look forward to.
