Today was leftover chicken and rice
Ended up tasting really good despite giving me a stomach ache.
Cooked the chicken in cast iron with tons of margarine once the chicken was done I lowered the heat to at about half a bottle of barbecue sauce and a couple tablespoons of general tso sauce. Let that simmer.
Added water and rice and some cooked yellow bell peppers and a bit margarine. Seasoned with a seasoning mix my local grocery store. Added 2 slices of cheddar cheese and cooked till melted continued to simmer till near boil.
If I ever cook this again I'm going to add potatoes and a bit more garlic and slice open the peppers.
