I'm thinking about it now. For a long time, it was cigarettes. I need to come up with something else.

I too wish I got cold a bit more easily, I tend to overheat often, worst of all in summer. That’s why it’s my least favorite season, I dread it each year. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was a bit easier to get away from the heat on the worst/hottest days. That probably does make it worse as well.

These days a cup of coffee and my vape are soothing to me, but there was a time when I kept what I called "My Happy Box". When I was struggling with self harm, I used the happy box to help break that cycle. It contained children's coloring books and markers and crayons, stickers, favorite children's books and the like.

A bit late ... thanks for opening @Inastorm and for the tag @Bergerac. This is a hard one for me as recently seem to be in an anxious mode alas I guess for lack of a better word... in the past would have been cup of coffee & cigarette early morning quiet alone. Now, guess few moments before fall asleep in bed with clean sheets.

A good question... I would say it's my $100 trillion bill (Zimbabwe). Always great for paying restaurant bills and the like ("Hey, got change for a hundred trillion?" 😂)

I had an really old Parahyba blanket that I really liked when I was a child. I think it was from my grandmother.
