Relative died very suddenly..

Thanks.

I am currently safe.

I need professional support and have been told to wait ( probably for several months) It would seem I have to be in the middle of a suicide attempt or practically dead before they'll actually let me get a bit of talk therapy.

Can't afford private therapy.

And lucky me, on top of it all have recently realised/acknowledged to myself that my ex completely brainwashed me. I mean, I almost entirely lost my self. I was not me anymore. So that's great. Just what I needed to realise after my fathers unexpected death.

Can't afford private therapy. In too much debt Thanks to one of my ex abusers.

I understand. It's difficult. Whereabouts are you in terms of country. If in UK, I recommend going back snd back and back until they listen.
I really hope you'll be OK.

I am sorry for your loss. Sometimes bad things happen to good hearts. Please stay strong. Maybe it is like in that song november rain, the part where it says: I know it's hard to keep an open heart when even friends seem out to harm you, but if you could heal a broken heart: wouldn't time be out to charm you?

I'm glad that you had a dad that you loved so much, but I'm sorry that it hurts so much to have lost him.

There are some books about grieving that might help, especially if you're facing long delays in getting therapy. I can say more about that if you're interested.

Sending hugs
