Please can you tell me what it tells you when you try? We have had a couple of visa debit donations that worked okay so I am just trying to understand the problem so I can get to the bottom of what is going on - thank you so much for trying to donate :)

Freya I'm so worried about beanie and recovering from a severe manic epusode i can hardly think. My brother has aspergers and cant help me. I almost overdosed beanie on pain meds because of shirt term memory loss. I'll donate when i get better
