There's nothing to be sorry for. Talking about what you're experiencing is what SF is for. Healing and growth are great, but there's no set schedule for them to arrive. The circumstances have to arrive that allow them to occur.

Gratitude is nice, but when a wound is deep enough or fresh enough, it's sometimes not possible.

Thank you inastorm. Sorry to sound gushy but what with how I've been feeling it was like a blessing from the earth to go up there this morning. It's a ridiculously nice spot, & it's easy to get to the base of it; a parking lot and ranger station nearby.
