It might not work, but if you tell yourself I cant sleep, it's likely not helping you. Go to bed and think about all the things you have to do tomorrow, and realize it's likely 3am and you're in your warm cozy bed. What good does worrying about it do'?
Set aside a time during the day, that you will think about your problems or anxiety, then lay it to rest.

Well its almost 3am. I have been sleeping but had a bad dream and ive woken up feeling unsafe. My tummy is feeling a bit upset also. Going to look for a yogurt maker on amazon after reading @Gard post.
My yogurt maker costs about $30. It has a temperature and time control. I don't think you need a very expensive one.

Combined with avoiding very aggressive movies before bedtime, this has helped me. I hope it helps you too.
