So, time to get fit again. Enough with stress (organising, flights, visa, transfers, papers etc.). All is done and now I repeat what I do normally every year once. I started once this year - but had to give up - due to stress, depression etc. As all is done now and organised
(Please: this is NOT for people with eating disorders - stop to read here, ok?).
On Tuesday, 29 the salary will come. As of 30 I live on fruit juice and tea only (OK - I need a coffee or two in the morning) and from 30.10 until 31.12.2025 I walk every day exactly 15 KM (weather does not matter). Its partially rainy and cold, but if we have sunshine - it gets quickly warm. Even in Winter you can have up to 25º in the sun. I am cool now - all is done: I have my ticket, the papers for the marriage are sent and being translated, translations and other paperwork in the embassy is paid for and for the first time since a long time I have PEACE. Now it's my "wife" who has to do the rest (go to Dakar, get sorted out everything with the Ministry and the Embassy).
So as of 30th every day:
0845 - Gym
1045 - daily routine - supermarket (fruits, water, coffee), make juices and tea, clean quickly....
1300 - 1700 Nordic walking (I mean with sticks, boots and 1 KG on each wrist).
1900 - a nice movie and dodo...
Juice already started (this is easy for me). Attached is a picture of the way (from Google Earth). Its the "Via verde de la Rioja" - it's so beautiful and I will send you photos. I guess, I can reduce the remaining medication to the minimum. I have some power now - wish me that I do not have a breakdown or a relapse (not now... please...).
