What is a bad habit you're trying to break?

My bad habit is staying in bed for many hours like my 8 hours then all of the next day into the next night. Like 24 hours or a whole weekend. I even move my body so I don't get bed sores, if that's possible.

I'm not even trying to break it but I know that it's a bad habit. It's pathetic.

food. i have been trying to lose weight for years, i was 330 pounds then i lost 20 pounds so i was stuck at 310 for a while. i finally started downward again. i'm around 298 so my first goal has finally been reached. my next goal is 275 lbs. the good thing about changing my lifestyle to lose weight is i cut my insulin usage in half

Slow and steady, steady and sure is a good way to not only lose, but to keep it off, best of luck on the weight lose and more so on lowering that A1C.

i think my last a1c test came back a little high at 6.6 . but when i started i was on 100 units of insulin ( xoltophy 50 units and tresiba 50 units ) which is very high. i'm now down to only 50 units of xoltophy ( insulin ) a day. so i am getting there. my goal is to lose enough weight to maybe reverse the diabetes. it is possible
