Completed my 10,000 steps for the day ahead of schedule, getting in 11,500 before my night walk. Spontaneously jogged on and off making up probably 1.5-2 minutes worth of tentative jogging, while nobody was looking.
@seabird the only person I spoke to was a little dog who was lagging behind its owner who'd wandered off ahead and left it straggling. I hope you're feeling OK. It's Ok to have a wobble. I used to feel those things as well when running alone, not everybody runs with someone else. I'm often like that just wandering around, all these people in groups or pairs and I'm just... solo. Hugs

My leg thing is so weird - after all that you'd think it would be flaring but it was better on the way back than on the way out and is just fine now, AFTER the jogging and extra load. I'll have to see how it decides to react when it's had time to think it over 🤔
