Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

I am still in very good physical shape and look young for my age. I also don't have any grey hair, save for the bizarre streak I've had since I was 15 or so.
