I'm scared. In (medical) hospital

So yesterday my left arm and hand went completely numb. I saw a doctor today and he said to go to emergency. I'm currently in a bed at emergency. It seems I have had a mini stroke. From what I've gathered, I'm at risk of having a more severe stroke. I am terrified. Words of support would be appreciated.

I'm going home. MRI was normal. I am being referred to a TIA clinic.

In any case, It's good to know your situation has improved.

Consider yourself lucky to have been given this warning. Things could have been much, much worse.

@Pebble mouse I am so sorry this happened. I hope you're keeping the phone close in case you need to call triple 0. Yes do what the doctors say. I hope all is well and this was just some glitch, not a stroke. You've been losing some weight recently - and working out - so I would think your body is pretty damn strong.
Stay as calm as you can. Sending a gentle wing hug if it helps.
