I walk down one storey, along the hall to the other set of emergency stairs and down the next and along the hall…Down all the storeys and then back up. Today took just over 20 minutes. A good workout.
I do not enjoy exerciser as a rule. When I did this a few years ago, I got to the point that I missed doing it if my schedule didn’t allow it. I am working towards that again.
