Yesterday I was sitting I the lounge, thinking I'm so unmotivated to get out and exercise.
Last six months I've been meaning to start.
Then I remembered that I used to play pokemon go on my phone. So I downloaded it. The time was 4:50pm and almost dark as it's winter. But for some reason I instantly wanted to try it out. At least find my nearest poke ball stop. So off I went. Didn't go far, its not safe to walk outside at night.
Today, slow start to my day, then I decided why not go for a stroll find pokemon and see how many poke ball stops are close by.
It was awesome 7 poke ball stops within my walking distance. Had so much fun and I made it a stroll. By the time I got home I'd caught about 70 pokemon and was out of pokemon balls. But hey I got out. I was in fresh air. I passed other people without anxiety.
Towards evening tonight 4pm I felt the urge to go out again. Even if it was just to top up pokemon balls for tomorrow. I did the same route but it was a much faster walk. Can't believe I've been out on one walk, much less 2.
Yesterday my step count was around 2800. Yes I hardly do anything so lazy.
But Today 6650 oh wow best I've done in week. I don't feel tired afterwards. So weird. Really hope this continues on fine days during winter. Actually looking forward to go out again tomorrow. Maybe I can find more pokemon ball stops within my walking distance.
