25 pounds is excellent results. What has always worked for me is never deprive yourself of favorites, but have them as treats at times so you don't overindulge when you have them. I have found that something light like milk and fruit for breakfast to sate myself and my bigger meal more dinnertime(lunch for other areas) and then something lighter in the evenings.

*grouphug2 I missed some messages. It can be very hard @Sunspots i am always hungry it seems. The diet is called Livea I do like 5 of their meals a day they are about 120 calories each except for one that has a few more but you only get one of those a day. I also get one light and lean meal a day which is so much protein based on how fatty it is so i can have 7 once’s of cooked shrimp but only 6 once’s of chicken and then you also get a veggie. It really helps with the weight loss

@Lady Wolfshead sometimes you have to treat yourself you just need to get back at it and not let a setback totally stop your weight loss journey

I have now lost over 40 pounds. I am feeling so much better about myself. I was hating how I looked and it all just made me feel worse about myself. I now feel like I am looking pretty again it’s so nice to feel good about how I look. I am doing this one pound at a time *hug

It’s been awhile since I have updated here. I have lost 65 pounds *yay*stars*stars I feel really good in my clothes and have a lot more energy for my workouts. I am actually doing a full side plank now. My workouts are so much easier now. My one coach for one of my classes had me pick up a 60 pound kettlebell and omg I could hardly lift it no wonder it was so hard to do certain things. Now if I could just prevent the knee pain I get at times
