Thanks for sharing the article. I skimmed through most of it, because those cognitive distortions are familiar to me and I used to even write down those and do a cognitive exercise that is referred to in this article. I opened the file today and saw the last time I had done the exercise was over a year ago. Did it again today and it helped. So thanks for reminding me of this
