Tomorrow it's 50 days without food - but lots of sport and walking (as far as possible). Tomorrow I switch from fruit/vegetable-juice, tea and lemon water to lemon water only. Another 50 days. I am happy. After all I have some strength. Dreams are in my head.... I feel a kind of peace within me.... I feel strong, although sometimes depressed.... Its like cleaning the body and everything at once and for all. It seems a little to me like the body (via food) helps you to overcome emotions - and they all come back when you get rid of some KG. I mean - I was never overweight or obese, never. But I feel best with 55 - 58 KG - and not 70 KG. All in all I will report later, when finished. Since I started this, - from day 1 - I gave up smoking, drinking any kind of alcohol, any unhealthy food (of course, I do not eat), I did everything by foot, I read the bible daily... well, small by small everything changed and continues to change.
Last item to finalize is diazepam (I am now at 15 mg a day - should be easy over 50 days). I have more time, sleep less, have more energy and fantasy... astonishing what a cleaning like this can do to the body and the mind. My body feels so light now - I even started to run.

Well, I will report at the end. If you want to try - just drink for ONE week only lemon water (fresh pressed) - and eat nothing. You will see.... like a miracle.

I hope you don’t take offence at this but a lemon water only diet, for 50 days, could be quite dangerous and might have long term negative effects.
Although, a juice diet is usually very low in calories, lacks a lot of macros and would also not be recommended for a long period of time, it contains a lot of essential vitamins and minerals and so is a lot safer then a lemon water only diet.
Fasting does have health benefits but it is safer and more beneficial to do it in shorter periods with recovery eating in between.
Would you consider breaking your 50 day fast up into smaller chunks?

Yep, clear - I take additional thingies necessary for the body - vitamins, minerals etc. - its 4 tabs in the morning. And yes - a nice coffee in the morning is a must. If it gets too much - I stop, no worries. But last time I did 95 days (and walked nearly 25.000 steps a day with gym) and it was just good. Last year it was 80 days. This year 100. So I am used to it. No worries.
