Small or big, have to start somewhere!!
mine are...
1. make my bed (accomplished)
2. brush my teeth (accomplished)
3. wash my face (after my workout)
4. take my dog for 3 walks
5. exercise myself
6. eat
7. water my plants
8. journal
9. organize my makeup
10. clean one box in my room
11. make tea
12. do yoga and meditate

these are them... so far:)

This is late for today as it's already 8pm here.
Goals - be by work on time morning and afternoon (done). Go to driving lesson (done). Eat (done). Do the hoop for 10 minutes. Journal for 5 minutes. Reply to someone's email. Hmm, watch a movie.

I want to say thank you! I read this post at a time I was making a decision whether to get out of bed or stay there all day. I set myself 4 priority goals. I've accomplished one and now am on my way to do the other three. I feel so much better. Appreciate your post. Have a great day!

A good way to start the day I love lists. So goals are to finish self evaluation take time for lunch, file....probably should be more but it's a start...

@Innocent Forever Whenever doing a cleaning chore (i got this tip from unfuckyourhabitat.tumblr.com) use 20/10s or 45/15s. This is so helpful! it means 20 mins of task, 10 min break. or 45 mins of task, 15 min break. till its all done! then a reward, i like doing diy mani pedis or hair and face masks, or making myself a nice frozen treat:)

This is super cool! I have found it to help when I've done it with others, but only when I'm accountable to do it, I never otherwise keep to doing it. If I'll check in with someone after 20 minutes work I usually manage it...

My goals for today are..

1) Join a gym.

2) Eat healthily

3)Journal in my new diary

4) Keep personal hygiene in check

keeping up with physical health is important FOR mental health. i love journaling!! and self care is so important. a nice bath is a great cure for any troubles:) I also started a new hobby by using plants in my garden and other oils, salts, and clays to make my own self care products and soaps! just another way to feel purposeful and fill the time

Goals for today that have done,
Typing, spoke to my dr - really grateful that was able to, went to work.
Goal for today - speak to my friend, be honest with her about where I'm at if I can do.
Journal.
lol, yeah journaling is good.

I achieved my goal for today. Apart from the usual routine like getting up at 5 taking the dog for a walk having a cuppa etc. I harvested my potatoes and cucumbers and I have to say I am proud as they grown really nice and big. The little achievements make me happy and proud and even if they just simple things for others and nothing special , for me its a good feeling.:):)

1) change bed sheets and pillow cases
2) try to read a chapter in the library book
3) avoid procrastinating on decluttering a small area

Clean. My. Space.

Change the sheets.

Eat nourishing food.

Get some exercise.

Hang out with my friend --wanting to isolate soooo badly so this is the hardest thing, oddly enough.
