it's started up again. I'm here with absolutely no one in the entire country to talk to or to go see & I feel isolated & trapped.
Plans are coming into my mind again & I can't stop them. I need help but there isn't anyone. Partner smiles & says don't be silly. Invalidates everything I feel.
I already know it's my fault: please don't remind me.
I wish this was over.

Its not your fault i know hiw you feel being isolated and those feelings creeping in i can assure were here for you your not alone

you need something to distract you is what people tell me its never easy

i hope you can find some peace from these ideas coming to your mind

I know how you feel. Isolation and loneliness is terrible.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. It sounds like you have no IRL support at all? Am I correct? No specialist or anything?

No. I've not the budget for that. Not here or back in the US either.

I don't know anyone in order to assess that but it's a good question @may71 .
There's more isolation for me here, even though I'm at the partner's house & it's in a very pleasant area. Could be I am not socially inclined but that's always been me. I don't know what set it off. I'm tired & worn out from anxiety & nightmares & other stuff.

I've shifted my focus to that. If I can take action I'll feel less panicky, maybe the nightmares will back off

hi May71 yes, I'd like to know natural means to stop them. It'd improve my life if they stopped. I know what makes them worse, & I know tiring myself out with workouts makes for better sleep.
