Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

I don't consider myself an indifferent or selfish person. But sometimes I just don't know how to help, and sometimes I'm afraid of doing harm.
Just know that you are not alone with this problem.
