Hi, everyone. Not motivated to write much, I'll give an unorganized sample of my current position:
Have many issues - mental, developmental, traumas, self-identity; only ones diagnosed are depression and anxiety
History a long time ago of hospitalizations, one or two (I'm not sure which) suicide attempts, one or two episodes that looked like attempts but were not
Currently in between therapists; process for finding one is overwhelming, leading me to huge amounts of anxiety and taking it slowly; not on meds either; don't know what to do
Not working, not doing much with my life
Don't think that ideation is especially dangerous; I fantasize about escaping from challenges and that is the ultimate escape
Recently discovered a coping tool that can redirect feelings; it works great but has scary aspects; don't ask what it is
I like to be helpful, tend to write a lot in forums
