Is There a Way to Get SF's RSS Feed to Work with a Screen Reader?

#1
At least with the Safari browser, SF's RSS feed can't be accessed except with a free RSS add-on. Even with the add-on, the links aren't clickable with a screen reader, though the text can be read.

I think Internet Explorer is the only web browser now that has RSS by default.

There's a free screen reader, Thunder Free, that has an RSS reader included, though I think Thunder Free is only for desktop, and Windows up to 8. I'm also not sure how good Thunder Free is in general (never used it).

I'm hoping that if it's possible to get RSS to work with active links, that would make using a screen reader much easier.
