Let me re-emphasize-
After the site being down for the initial period, when it comes back on there will be very limited access as the permissions for each user group are reset, then over a period of hours and across the weekend more access and functions will become available.
I am going to set up up a fb community from our fb page for any members that may wish to use it or need immediate support during this process or for anybody that has questions or wants to check the status of the updates/upgrades as they progress.
To use the fb community- and I really recommend all members that have a fb account or use fb should do this so they can always get updated in case of site issues as well as see the cool stuff that is done on our FB page - just like and follow our page-

Please remember- on fb your name , whether it is real name or whatever you use on FB will show. For maintaining your privacy and anonymity please do not share your user/member name here on SF on the FB page. Many people use a "fb account" just for internet stuff that doesn't have their real =name , photo, etc but allows them to use fb pages and maintain some privacy. I use my real name , but do not share "who" i am on here on Fb ... Our FB page is a private page and does not show in "pages you like or follow".
We will update the page throughout the weekend with any important information about the site, and all of our members are welcome to post to the page, message the admin from that page.
I have just made a "secret fb community" and "chat" for the weekend as well. Please message us on our FB to ask for an invite and we will invite you to the "secret" FB sf group and chat. All updates will be shared on the main main page - there is no need to join the group just for updates, but if you wish to chat the private group will allow it until all is working again on our main site.
All rules about content and politeness/no trolling or rude posts apply to the FB page and we will transfer obvious and gross rule violations to your account here and you will be responsible for the content your share there the same as you would be here.
I do think this will be a fairly simple transition but be patient with issues during the transition- we will be working very hard to make it go as easily and quickly as possible and get all set up- and there will be a lot of improvements and and more functionality and better performance when it is done.
The mobile app will be released a few days later -- as soon as any major glitches are worked out of the site update.
